Do-it-yourself cabin sound insulation…we provide the material, you (or your maintenance crew) install it. Not only do we provide the most advanced soundproofing materials available, but also the most cost effective installation method. Our do-it-yourself package is the same acoustic and thermal system offered at Oxford Aviation. Our efficient, noise reduction system consists of four levels of soundproofing and damping, for surpassing typical aircraft insulation. This multi-level system fits behind the interior and shell panels after the existing insulation has been removed. Now, for the first time, we offer our proven soundproofing system as a do-it-yourself kit. Your cabin insulation system includes all materials, a special seam iron and detailed instructions on how to cut, fit and install the system. Rosen SunVisors

Rosen SunVisors are often specifically requested by customers at Oxford Aviation. Offering more coverage than factory-installed sun visors, Rosen SunVisors filter 95% of harmful ultraviolet rays and their dark gray tint reduces eye fatigue. Our customers also like the distortion-free lenses the cut glare by 94%. Installation is simple and typically uses the factory attachment area. Please specify the mount locations (i.e. side or center). Includes pilot and co-pilot visors and mounting hardware. Pleas call for specific application.

Window Sun Screens

Protect your aircraft from damaging heat. Our heat shields keep your cockpit cooler while protecting upholstery and avionics from extreme heat (the temperature inside you aircraft can reach well ore 120° on a sunny day, putting your avionics at risk of failure). They also keep the sun’s harmful UV rays from causing unsightly discoloration and cracking on interior surfaces. Installation and removal are effortless and a gold Mylar finish helps protect against scratches on windows. The 2-mil thick gold Mylar is bonded to the outside of the shield and trimmed with a double-stitched nylon edging to ensure durability.
