Aero Surface Wash

Heavy Duty Water Blade 3-Piece Kit

New! Heavy Duty Water Blade! A wider version of The Original California Water Blade that is designed to quickly and efficiently remove water in those large, hard-to-reach areas. The large 18” wide blade gives a 50% more widely swept area. T-bar maintains contact with surface and is far superior to traditional flat squeegees. Kit includes heavy-duty angle-adjusting handle adapter and 3-section telescoping handle extends 20-60”.

Water Blade

T-Handle Squeegee dries with one pass. The fastest way to remove water from your aircraft is with the Original California Water Blade. Made from soft yet durable medical grade silicone that conforms to the shapes and curves of your aircraft. We have found this to be extremely effective and safe to use on all clean surfaces. This special adjustable (30”-62”) extension pole allows for easy drying without the use of a ladder.

Quick Clean

Our entire crew loves this product – it’s perfect between washes. Quick Clean’s foaming action gently lifts and easily removes smudges, smears, grease, bugs, dust, and water spots without leaving a sticky residue. Safe to use on painted surfaces, chrome, stainless steel, aluminum and glass. For acrylic windows, we recommend our Windshield Gel. Caution: not to be transported in unpressurized cabins.

Quick Shine

Brilliant shine between washes. Just a quick misting followed by a light toweling removes dust and other small particles or residue from your plane’s finish. For tough problems like bugs, grease, or exhaust soot apply Power Gel followed by an application of Quick Shine. Safe on all paint finishes including clearcoats.

Chamois

Our synthetic Chamois work better that the original. Made in Holland, these synthetic chamois absorb water like a sponge, saving you time and effort when drying you aircraft. Our synthetic chamois are tear and snagproof and unlike regular chamois can be stored wet or dry in the resealable tube without danger of mildew. Machine washable for years of use.

Power Clean

Safe, yet aggressive, Power Clean Gel attacks even the most stubborn cleaning problems. It removes bugs, grease, oil, bird droppings and hydraulic oils. The gel stays where it’s sprayed – no runs, no drips. And it cleans the leading edge and difficult exhaust stains without damaging the paint. Use our Sontara disposable wipe cloths Power Clean Gel to achieve the best results.

Sontara™ Cloths

Dual-purpose washing/polishing cloths. Great for plane and car – always keep a supply in your hangar! Virtually lint free, they are ideal for delicate cleaning jobs or polishing your exterior to a perfect shine. Made by DuPont, this fabric is extremely soft and pure (it will not scratch your finish) and contains no chemical additives. Each cloth measures 15” x 15”. The dispenser box contains 275 sheets.

Windshield Gel

One of our best sellers! Cleaning gel formulated for acrylic windshields. Unlike other window cleaners, Windshield Gel doesn’t streak or leave a residue. Windshield Gel’s unique blend of ingredients penetrates and lifts dirt allowing a clean wipe off and a sparking, streak-free finish. It cleans, shines, and protects with out scratching. Safe on all surfaces. Its antistatic qualities and excellent vertical cling are specially formulated for acrylic windshields.

Aircraft Window Polish

The Proper Aircraft Window Polish removes fine scratches and helps restore clarity to aircraft windows. Manufactured to meet milspec PP560B specifications, Aircraft Window Polish is safe and effective for use on all acrylic aircraft windows. It removes cumulative surface soils, produces a smooth, lustrous finish and is nontoxic, antistatic and noncorrosive to adjoining aluminum surfaces. Simply apply the polish, let dry, and wipe it off. The results? Clear, clean, residue-free windows.

The Window Care Kit

The Window Care Kit has everything you need to safely clean and polish aircraft windows. Follow our easy two-step process to keep your windows clean and scratch free. First, to remove foreign particles spray on Window Gel and wipe clean with our non-abrasive Window Micro Cloth. Second, apply a generous portion of Aircraft Window Polish to the Applicator Pad and gently rub on the window. When dry, polish with a Cotton Polishing Cloth. The Window Care Kit includes: Window Gel, 2 Window Micro Cloths, Aircraft Window Polish, and 2 Cotton Polishing Cloths.

Aero Clay Kit

The WindowWhy use Aero Clay™? Systematic cleaning with Aero Clay removes these detrimental contaminants before they become embedded in the paint and leaves the finish looking like new-every time.How does Aero Clay™ Work? Teamed up with Aero Bar Lubricant, the Aero Clay Bar uses an advanced scientific method to dislodge and remove contaminants via friction. Lubrication allows the clay bar to glide across the paint while it absorbs damaging contaminants which are then suspended inside the clay so they won’t scratch or settle elsewhere. Kit contains two aircraft grade Aero Clay Bars and one 16oz Lubricant.

Flitz Polishing Ball

Save time and elbow grease with the Flitz Polishing Ball. Simply attach it to a power drill and you can effortlessly polish in minutes what used to take hours. It’s perfect for buffing out scuffs, oxidation exhaust stains, pitting and corrosion on spinners, exhaust stacks and leading edges. Washable.

Metal Polish

The Proper Aircraft's Superoir Metal Polish. A multi-purpose, mildly abrasive compound used to restore the finish on all metals and fiberglass. It removes oxidation and provides a long lasting protective film. (Not recomended for use on plated metals.)

Polishing Cloths

Leave your towels at home. Made of 100% cotton, these soft cloths allow you to remove polish or wax without the worry of scratching your finish. Cloths are 19” x 19” 12 in a package.

Metal Polishing Kit

All you need to complete this kit is your power drill – just attach the Polishing Ball and buff away. It’s great for bringing dull spinners and discolored exhaust stacks back to their original shine. The Flitz Polishing Ball, Applicator Pads and Cotton Polishing Cloths are all washable so you can use them for a multitude of applications. Carnauba Wax

Liquid Carnauba Wax – the ultimate in shine, durability and protection. Liquid Carnauba Wax will safely protect your finish from the effects of insect stains, acid rain, engine exhaust and other finish eaters. Our unique formula Liquid Carnauba Wax contains the highest-grade #1 yellow carnauba wax – the best in the world! The special ingredients are designed to protect and preserve all aircraft finishes, including clearcoats. Its easy-on, easy-off application is a plus. For use on newer finishes.

Rejuvinating Wax

Rejuvenating Liquid Carnauba Wax restores oxidized finishes to their original beauty. Our rejuvenating wax contains the same rich ingredients as Liquid Carnauba Wax with the addition of a mild rejuvenating polish. In one easy step, Liquid Carnauba Rejuvenating Wax safely strips away oxidation from old painted surfaces. The result: a polished gleam that lasts. Carnauba doesn’t leave a buildup of wax because you apply it with one thin coat. It goes on and wipes off with ease. For use on finishes that have oxidation.

California Duster

Have you ever washed your plane only to return the next day to find it covered in dust or dirt? We have and we’ve found a simple and quick solution – the same California Duster we’ve been using on our cars for years. Just lightly wipe that California Duster over your aircraft (or vehicle) and it will quickly and efficiently remove dust. Designed to remove dust without scratching the finish, the 100% cotton mop head is treated with special paraffin wax that literally lifts dust from the surface. Simply shake out between uses – can be washed with a mild soap if needed. Comes in a handy carrying case.

Aircraft Window Polish

Here's a great new addition to the Exterior California Duster! The Mini Duster...perfect for your insrument panel. The Mini-Duster has all the same great qualities as the larger duster except it's smaller and easily maneuverable around sensitive instruments.

Super Duster

For best results we recommend waxing the plane at least twice a year with our Carnauba Wax followed by frequent applications of Simple Wax.

Another Wonderful product by Dupont-safe Disposable window cloths specifically made for aircraft windows. Dupont Window Wipes are uniquely manufactured to create a strong, low-lint fabric that resist snagging and fraying. Absorbent and reusable, these window sips are perfect for use with our Window Gel. And they won’t fall apart in you hand – you can actually rinse them clean in water then reuse again. Safe on acrylic, polycarbonate, or glass surfaces.
